Team Management

Managing users and roles in your organization

Profile Magician allows you to collaborate with your team by inviting them to your Organization.

Roles

We support Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) with the following levels:

  • Owner: Full access. Can manage billing, delete the organization, and manage all users (including other Admins).
  • Admin: Can manage Jobs, Machines, and invite/remove Members. Cannot manage billing, delete the organization or remove Owners.
  • Member: Can create and run Jobs, view Machines. Cannot manage Team settings.
  • Viewer: Read-only access to Jobs and Logs. Cannot create new Jobs.

Inviting Users

  1. Go to Settings > Team.
  2. Click Invite Member.
  3. Enter their email address and select a Role.
  4. Click Send Invite.

The user will receive an email with a link to join your organization. If they don't have an account, they will be prompted to create one.

Managing Members

From the Team page, you can:

  • Change Role: Promote or demote a user.
  • Remove: Revoke access to the organization.
  • Resend Invite: If a user hasn't accepted yet, you can resend the email.
